Student Involvement Awards
The Student Involvement Awards provide an opportunity to celebrate the milestones and achievements of undergraduate students, student organizations, faculty and alumni who amplify the co-curricular student experience at SFU Beedie. Through the awards, we recognize the contributions of our students, faculty members, and alumni who have had a positive impact on the SFU Beedie community.
The awards are administered by SFU Beedie and presented at the BASS Celebration Gala (BCG). We encourage you to nominate individuals and groups who have demonstrated commitment and contributions to our community and student experience throughout the past year.
How to nominate
Nominations should be uploaded to the submission folder as a single package, including the Nominee and Nominator Information (Step 1), Award Details (Step 2), and any additional documentation, by March 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST.
If Nominators have questions regarding the process or specifics of their nomination, please contact the awards administrator at seosl@sfu.ca.

- Mass nominations are highly discouraged particularly when the nominee facilitates the writing and process for other people

- Examples used in the nomination must be true and accurate
- Nominees must meet the award criteria estabistablished. This includes the CGPA requirement for individual awards
- The CGPA requirement for each award will be verified by The Beedie School of Business. Being able to balance academic and co-curricular experiences is important, which is why this requirement exists. We will be looking at the latest posted CGPA (Fall semester) for verification
