New Open Education website and support hub for the SFU community
CEE and the Library have launched a new Open Education website and central support hub for the SFU community.
The site brings together information, tools, and services related to open educational resources (OER) and open educational practices (OEP). Open education supports greater access and affordability by promoting the use of openly licensed materials that can be freely used, adapted, and shared.
Designed to improve the visibility of existing supports, the website includes guidance on finding and evaluating OER, adapting or creating open resources, and incorporating open practices into teaching. It also highlights current initiatives and provides information on how to access support through CEE and the Library.
Faculty and staff are invited to explore the new hub to learn more about open education at SFU.
