Faculty Reception Schedule

In addition to your convocation ceremony, you are invited to your faculty or department's pre or post ceremony Faculty Reception.

Note: your reception registration is separate from confirming your ceremony attendance and claiming guest tickets.

Faculty of Applied Sciences Reception

Join us for a reception following your convocation ceremony to celebrate your accomplishments. Meet faculty, staff, and fellow graduates and strike a pose at the photobooth. Cakes and Coffee will be served.

Faculty Reception

Additional Departmental Receptions

Department of Linguistics and Indigenous Languages

In celebration of new graduates from LING and INLP, there will be a reception! Come enjoy a light lunch and mark this milestone with the department and your ceremony guests. New graduates will receive a complimentary gift bag. Please contact the department with any questions about the reception, such as assistance with accessibility or dietary needs.
