Research Assistant Opportunity - Indigenous Mentorship Network of the Pacific Northwest
In collaboration with the RADIUS Social Innovation Lab and Indigenous researchers at the Beedie School of Business, the research assistant will be mentored in the development of Indigenous research methodology for writing Indigenous Business Case Studies with Indigenous communities and organizations in Canada. The student will work with the research team over 6 months (October 2020 - March 2021) to explore a range of Indigenous research methodologies and determine appropriate tools for collaborative writing, storytelling and use of multimedia to frame Indigenous teaching methods for Indigenous business cases. The team – led by Dr. Dara Kelly in the Beedie School of Business – will provide research mentorship for an Indigenous student over the course of six months, starting in late October or early November. This position can be filled for remote contribution to the team as we will collaborate largely via Zoom and phone.
