Paul Meyer is an Adjunct Professor of International Studies. He was one of two panelists speaking to the topic of Ukraine and Russia and the Nuclear Threat in a webinar organised by a number of NGOs. The focus was on potential diplomatic initiatives to negotiate a settlement to the conflict.
