Layne Clark

Layne Clark is the Director of Workforce Development at the BC Building Trades. She brings a diverse background spanning government and the private sector, including five years supporting public agencies in the delivery of major transit infrastructure projects. Previously, Layne served as a Director in the Premier’s Office under Premier John Horgan, where she contributed to key policy and strategic initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Communication, with a minor in Labour Studies, from Simon Fraser University.
