Information Officer ($15/hour)

LOOKING FOR: an outgoing person with communication skills and experience in welcoming and directing large groups to ensure that circulation occurs in an orderly way

Responsibilities Include: 

• direct electors to an available Service Agent 
• perform other administrative duties as requested by the AARO-ESP

Security Officer (16.50/hour)

LOOKING FOR: someone who has experience with security and directing large groups to ensure that circulation occurs in an orderly way 

Responsibilities Include: 

• controlling traffic inside the office, maintaining democratic environment in the office, maintaining security of the office

Service Agent ($19.35/hour)

LOOKING FOR: someone with experience of securing and handling files, receiving/sorting/recording information, decision making, and working under pressure

Responsibilities include:

• receive, complete, verify and process revision and special ballot voting applications
• issue ballots to electors requesting a special ballot 
• support ballot box management and ensure that documents, ballot boxes, ballots, and materials are securely stored at the end of each day
