Biography
Dr. Hal Segal returned to academia 50 years after earning his Master’s Degree, after a career as an entrepreneur and newspaper columnist.
Dr. Segal received his Ph.D. from the University of Saskatchewan on June 2, 2026.
His PhD focus was policy entrepreneurship to facilitate climate change mitigation in Canada.
