GROWW strives to positively impact the lives of all people who identify as women and to inspire individuals who are dedicated to propelling women’s health. The GROWW Cohort program annually accepts a group of 20 clinical trainees, graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and ECRs from across Canada chosen through a competitive application process. Cohort members will have the opportunity to be involved in workshops and retreats, a structured mentorship program, experiential learning, educational workshops, institutes, and have potential for funding opportunities.

- Indigenous Student Support; Jennifer Reandy is available for counselling support for Indigenous students from Tuesday to Friday.
- Thriving in your role as a TA/TM Online Course: gain resilience skills, identify boundaries in your role as a TA/TM helping students, and overview conditions for well-being in learning environments
- Instructional Skills Workshops (Various dates and deadlines for spring and summer)
- SFU Research Ethics Board runs weekly remote help sessions
- The Mentor Meet Program, available to entrepreneurs in the SFU Community, allows you to connect with mentors at all three SFU Campuses.
