Set up call forwarding
You can set up
NOTE! Call forwarding from Bria Stretto numbers to SFU desk phones or cell phones is NOT available.
Forwarding to a cell phone number
If you are on-campus
Turn ON call forwarding by:
- Accessing your desk phone and pressing the * key, followed by 8, then 9, and typing in the phone number you'd like to forward to (such as 778-xxx-xxxx).
Turn OFF call forwarding by:
- Accessing your desk phone and pressing the # key, followed by the 8 key. This will erase the forwarding number registered to your local number.
If you are working remotely
Let our technicians do this configuration for you by:
- Emailing phones@sfu.ca
- Include your cell phone number and 5-digit SFU number so our technicians can better assist you
Forwarding to Bria Stretto numbers
If you are on-campus
Turn ON call forwarding by:
- Accessing your desk phone and pressing the * key, followed by 8, then typing in your five-digit Bria Stretto number (for example 2x-xxx).
Turn OFF call forwarding by:
- Accessing your desk phone and pressing the # key, followed by the 8 key. This will erase the forwarding number registered to your local number.
If you are working remotely
Let our technicians do this configuration for you by:
- Emailing phones@sfu.ca
- Include your cell phone number and Bria number so our technicians can better assist you
