Registration Fees

Please Note:

• Student registration is inclusive to both Graduate Students (Master's and PhD) as well as Senior Undergraduate Students. 
• Please note: this is not a hybrid conference. Virtual attendance only gives access to virtual components of the conference.
• Requests for funding support are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for students from low-middle income countries (please email fap_2026@sfu.ca).

What payment methods are accepted?

• Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards will be accepted

My home institution is not an APRU Member. Can I still participate? 

• Yes. While the conference primarily targets researchers and students from APRU member institutions, we welcome participation from researchers and practitioners from broader communities, both within and beyond the Pacific Rim.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds will be provided if cancelled prior to 11:59 pm (Pacific Time), on September 20, 2026
• No refunds will be offered after September 20.
