We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and proactive Behaviour Interventionist to provide after-school support for a 12-year-old girl in Surrey.
This role involves 1 afternoon per week, with sessions approximately 2 hours in length.
The focus of support includes:
Helping organize and initiate homework and after-school tasks (executive functioning skills)
Building routines around planning, prioritizing, and task completion
Supporting emotional regulation and confidence
Community outings such as trips to the library or community centres
The ideal candidate is someone who:

Location: Maple Ridge (community-based + home)
Position: Behaviour Interventionist / Support Worker
Supervised by: Kirsten MacAdam, BCBA
We’re looking for a male Behaviour Interventionist or support worker to work with a 13-year-old boy over the summer months, with potential opportunities for sessions leading up to the summer as well.
This role home/community-based, with sessions starting at home and geared towards building comfort and interest for getting out and about: things like hiking, walking, swimming, and exploring a range of recreational activities. Over the summer, we’re ideally looking for 8–12 hours per week.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
Enjoys being active and spending time in the community
Is calm, flexible, and relationship-focused
Is comfortable supporting autonomy and collaboration with teens
Is familiar with declarative language
Has familiarity with PDA profiles (a big plus!)
Can build rapport easily and adapt plans in the moment
This is a great fit for someone with experience in youth work, education, counselling, recreation, or related support roles who values connection-based support.

We’re looking for a warm, confident, and proactive Behaviour Interventionist to join our team in providing after-school support for 5-year-old twins in the River District.
This role begins at 3:00 PM and runs until approximately 5:30 PM, 1–2 afternoons per week. Sessions will take place in the community and/or nearby outdoor spaces, and the BI will be responsible for planning and leading engaging activities, with the possibility of additional respite-style support at the family home.
The focus of support includes:
Facilitating positive social interaction and cooperative play
Supporting emotional regulation and flexible thinking
Expanding communication skills through strong language modelling
Creating fun, engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
The ideal candidate is someone who:
Is a true self-starter and comfortable planning sessions with support from the BCBA
Enjoys being active and creative in community settings
Can balance supporting two children while promoting independence
Is calm, adaptable, and relationship-focused
