Lecturers fully participate in the administration of the faculty and have voting rights, such as tenure-track faculty, on all faculty and university issues. Analogous to tenure-track faculty, Lecturers can be promoted to Senior Lecturer and University Lecturer ranks, and they can apply for paid study leaves for career advancement and professional development. A typical Lecturer appointment is split into 80% teaching and 20% service.

    • Discussions on teaching and learning.
    • Supporting instructors in academic integrity and student conduct.
    • Student recruitment and community outreach.
    • REDI.

    • Proficiency in research methodologies, both quantitative and qualitative. The candidate should have experience designing and conducting research, with expertise in mixed methods, research ethics, data collection, and analysis.
  • Academic or other professional experience in teaching and developing courses.
