| March 1, 2027 | Contract Renewal Deadline for Single Graduate Housing |
| April from last day of class during exam period | 23-Hours Quiet Hours (exam period) |
| April 27, 2027 @ 12:00PM | Move Out for residents not in residence for Summer term |
| May 1-3, 2027 | Room Switch Period for Undergraduate residents moving to Summer Housing (by appointments only) |
Spring 2027 term application fees

| Non-refundable confirmation payment* | $700 Due with housing offer deadline |
*This confirmation payment will be applied to your residence fees for the first term of your contract and is required for each new contract.
