Residents living in SFU Residence and Housing have a variety of ways to receive mail depending on which campus location they live in.  Please select the location and option that best suits your needs.

General Information

Mailing tips

  • Always include the recipient full first and last name. Mail or packages addressed using nicknames, initials or preferred names may not be successfully delivered
  • All mailing addresses should be clear and legible 
  • Do not use acronyms or abbreviations

Mail services definitions

  • Canada Post: Canada Post is the national postal service that delivers regular mail and packages to residence
  • Courier (e.g., Purolator, DHL): A courier is a private delivery company that brings packages directly to residence or requires pickup from a nearby location
  • Parcel Locker: A parcel locker is a secure, self-serve box on site where you can pick up your package using a code or key
  • Amazon Locker: An Amazon Locker is a secure pickup location where your Amazon package is delivered, and you collect it using a code sent to your phone or email
  • Mail Forwarding: Mail forwarding is a service that sends your mail from one address to another if you move or are away

Moving out

If you are planning on moving out of Residence and Housing, make sure to update your correspondents with your new mailing address. We cannot accept mail if you are no longer a resident and will return all mail to sender. Please refer to the mailing location of where you currently live for more details by selecting the button location above. Note: Not all residents can forward their mail via Canada Post
