Correspondence Practices

The president and executive team appreciate hearing from members of the community. If you would like to contact the president and executive team with a question or request, please reach out to sfu_leadership_correspondence@sfu.ca.

All emails received to this address are reviewed and discussed by the executive team and appropriate offices, allowing for collaboration and coordination of a response. Responses from members of the executive team are also sent from this email address.

Please note that petitions and requests from the SFU community will only be addressed with a formal response if they are received by this address or through another formal mechanism such as the Board of Governors.

We endeavor to respond to first inquiries on a topic within five business days, and within 10 days for subsequent inquiries.
