Cultural Intelligence for Inclusive Leadership
Micro-credential
In this 6-week online Microcredential, run in collaboration with the Centre for Digital Media, you'll build the awareness and practical skills to understand different perspectives, navigate cross-cultural interactions and communicate with confidence across diverse teams.
Through real-world case studies and applied learning, you'll gain a foundational understanding of intercultural communication and develop practical skills you can apply in gaming, film, digital media, technology, and beyond. The next cohort begins in October 2026.
Build practical skills in three key areas:
- Intercultural Communication Tools: Learn core frameworks that help you understand how culture, identity, and values shape workplace interactions.
- Real Workplace Application: Apply proven strategies to multicultural teams and everyday workplace scenarios.
- Team Dynamics: Examine how different communication styles, expectations, and perspectives affect trust, decision-making, and group work.
Who Should Enroll?
This course is designed for:
- Professionals who want to strengthen communication in diverse or multicultural workplaces.
- Managers, emerging leaders, project managers and team leads.
- Designers, developers, marketers and content creators working across teams or cultures.
